Oh What a Month

What a month this has been, well last month!!!!! October is a busy month for us. There are 6 birthdays in our family. One is mine. I had a really fun birthday but I decided three years ago to have a baby three days after mine. Carter loves to say  "No mommy it's not your birthday it's mine". So my birthday has just become another day. That's ok cause I'm just getting older and older every year. We had a really fun time with Halloween this year. Carter was a cheeseburger and Ella was a bee. I wanted her to be a hot dog but they were all sold out. I guess there is a high demand for hot dogs this year Lol. Carter loved getting all the candy his bucket could carry. The best part is he fell asleep trick or treating. Too cute. It's a lot of work getting free candy. So we get home and lay him in his bed and what do you think happens. He wakes up and wants CANDY. We let him stay up and eat some candy. I swear I got a sugar high just watching him. But that's the fun part getting sick off of all that yummy candy. He actually has no desire to eat candy after that night. I'm sure that won't last for long. Great memories and great family time this month. I can't wait for the coming months!!!!!!!!!

Kicking and Screaming

              So I have joined a new gym. Since my old one had no child care and was in Monroe. This new one is about 2 seconds from my house and they are willing to keep my crazy kids. So at this gym they have classes just like every other gym on the face of the earth. But I avoid those rooms like the plague. See this is my point I hate jumping around in front of people. I have a lot on me that moves and I don't want to risk hurting anyone. But as I start to come out of my shell this is one mountain I really want to climb. So tonight I will be attending KICKBOXING, don't faint!!!!!! I actually like kickboxing, I have some Turbo Jam DVD at home. That's at my house, where I have to workout in front of a stupid mirror (yes, I have tried to cover the thing) and I can see with my own slightly blind eyes I don't look good doing it. But who cares, I'm at home!!!!  But tonight I'm going to walk in there and get a nice spot in the back and kick my way to success.

Yummy, Yummy Lunch

So the kids and I were sitting around playing and the phone rings. My dad said "Are you home", well yea isn't that where you just called. Short story short he was outside waiting. You see last week he called and asked if on Monday we could go out to lunch. I'm pretty sure since he was here I had said yes. My house which is hardly ever dirty and I'm not being funny it never is dirty, was DIRTY. He walks in and says I have never seen your house look like this. Well the reason it was so bad is because all morning I have been trying out this new blogging thing. So we get ready in record time and head out. We eat at Stavley's in Covington( my sister was working) and I had Daddy time. I love Daddy time. Since growing up and having kids of my own I never get to feel like a little girl anymore. Doesn't everyone like to still feel young? The food was super yummy. Extra time at the gym tonight. But overall it was a wonderful surprise, I guess not so much a surprise since it was planned but I forgot. So belly full and kids asleep and my goal at being the best blogger in the world in under way. World watch out!!!!!!!!

In My Lap

As I'm trying to blog and I have Carter in my lap telling me to move and let him use the computer. By the way he is only three, well three at the end of this month. So finally I tell him if he holds on and lets mommy finish he can use it after me. So one kid down. So I'm trying to figure out how all this works and then I hear the other one. Ella has woken up and wants to eat!!!!!! So bottles ready. After a long night of no food she attacks her bottle like a straving grown man. So two kids down......yea right. For now I'm going to have to set aside my dreams of being the most awesome blogger ever and just be a mom. So until nap time.

Here we go AGAIN

So I'm trying this blogging thing again, I started one about two years ago and never blogged. So really what is the point in having one if it's blank. So here I go again. Lets see how well I do.......
